Background
He Jin Regent Marshall of the Han during the time of the Yellow Turban Rebellion. Oversaw the command of all Han troops in the quelling of the Yellow Turban Rebellion. Gave command of three elite armies to Huangfu Song, Lu Zhi, and Zhu Jun. He was later killed by Zhang Rang and Duan Gui on the pretext of plotting to overthrow the dynasty.
